Processing time

By statute (správní řád, § 71 para. 1 and 3 — Z6): decision without undue delay, at the latest 30 days from the start of proceedings, + up to 30 days, e.g. for an inspection/hearing or in particularly complex cases (para. 3 letter a), and the time needed for a dožádání (letter b). No separate time limit was found in § 25a of zákon 13/1997 — the general time limit applies. According to IS NADR (Z5): proceedings start only once the fee has been booked (payment matching usually up to 3 working days); road administrators and the police have 5 working days to give an opinion; applications are processed in order of receipt.
