Issuing authority
The application is addressed to the 'administration managing the road' (application template). For republican roads the authority is the Chairman of the Management Board of АПИ; applications are accepted by the АПИ head office (Sofia, bul. Makedonia 3) or by an OPU. On municipal roads the route is set and the permit issued by the municipality (service 2051). Before issue, the АПИ permit is agreed with Пътна полиция of the Ministry of Interior (service 2337).
